RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC, every piece of jewelry is handled with care and attention to detail. Many of our pieces are custom-created to honor the extraordinary bond between horse and rider and may incorporate irreplaceable horsehair, precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, and other meaningful materials.

Because custom jewelry is created specifically for you, different return policies apply to custom and non-custom purchases.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOM HORSEHAIR & MEMORIAL JEWELRY

All custom horsehair, memorial, personalized, commissioned, and special-order jewelry is FINAL SALE.

These pieces are individually designed and created specifically for the client and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom horsehair jewelry
• Memorial and remembrance jewelry
• Personalized jewelry
• Engraved jewelry
• Custom-sized or specially altered pieces
• Custom-designed jewelry
• Special-order metals
• Specially sourced diamonds or gemstones
• Jewelry created using a client's horsehair or other sentimental material
• Jewelry modified specifically at the client's request

Once a custom project has been approved and production has begun, it cannot generally be canceled.

CUSTOM DESIGN DEPOSITS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is generally required before production begins on an approved custom jewelry project.

Certain projects may require a separate non-refundable CAD or design deposit.

These deposits compensate Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC for the time and expenses associated with consultation, design development, CAD work, sourcing, administrative preparation, materials, and production commitments.

Once the custom design process or production has begun, deposits are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed jewelry is shipped or released.

DESIGN APPROVAL

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing their custom design before providing final approval.

Depending upon the project, this may include reviewing a CAD rendering, wax model, sketch, gemstone selection, metal choice, measurements, chain length, ring size, horsehair placement, engraving, or other design specifications.

Once final approval is provided and production begins, changes may not be possible.

If a requested change can be accommodated after approval, additional design, CAD, material, labor, casting, stone-setting, or production charges may apply.

A change of mind after approving a custom design does not qualify the order for a refund.

ELIGIBLE NON-CUSTOM JEWELRY

For eligible, non-custom jewelry purchased from Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery if you would like to request a return.

Merchandise must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unaltered
• Undamaged
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging and any accompanying materials

A return must be authorized by Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC before it is shipped back to us.

Sending an item back without prior authorization does not guarantee acceptance of the return or issuance of a refund or store credit.

STORE CREDIT

Where applicable and approved by Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC, eligible non-custom merchandise may qualify for store credit when returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Items returned outside the applicable return period will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed to by Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC or required by law.

No returns will be accepted after 21 days from confirmed delivery.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

This includes merchandise sold through our:

Last Ride Collection — Final Sale

and

Retirement Paddock Collection — Final Sale

Sale, clearance, discontinued, closeout, or other merchandise specifically identified as Final Sale is also ineligible for return or exchange.

Please review all product information carefully before purchasing a Final Sale item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom horsehair jewelry; memorial jewelry; personalized or engraved jewelry; commissioned jewelry; special orders; resized or altered jewelry; custom-designed pieces; specially sourced diamonds or gemstones; jewelry containing client-provided materials; Final Sale merchandise; gift cards; and any merchandise that has been worn, damaged, altered, or returned outside the applicable return period.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your jewelry promptly upon delivery.

If you believe you received an incorrect item or your jewelry arrived with a possible manufacturing defect or shipping-related damage, please contact Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please include your name, order number, description of the concern, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when appropriate.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution based upon the circumstances and applicable law.

Please do not have another jeweler alter or repair the piece before contacting us. Third-party work may prevent us from properly evaluating the original condition of the jewelry and may affect warranty coverage.

NORMAL WEAR & TEAR

Fine jewelry naturally experiences wear over time.

Scratches, worn finishes, stretched or damaged chains, accidental impacts, bent components, damage caused by chemicals, improper cleaning, misuse, lost stones resulting from impact or wear, and other normal or accidental conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Horsehair jewelry also requires appropriate care and should be treated as a fine jewelry heirloom.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved non-defective returns unless Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

We strongly recommend returning jewelry using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping method.

The customer is responsible for an approved return until it has been confirmed as delivered to Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC.

Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdirected while in transit to us, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping, handling, insurance, expedited shipping, and other delivery-related charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC or a refund is otherwise required by law.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once an eligible return is received, it will be inspected before a refund or store credit is approved.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original method of payment.

Banks, credit-card companies, and payment providers control the time required for a credit to appear on an account after we have processed it.

Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC cannot control third-party financial institution processing times.

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT & INSTALLMENT SERVICES

Orders purchased using an installment or third-party payment service remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy as well as the applicable terms of the payment provider.

Any approved refund will be processed according to the requirements of the applicable payment method and provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us promptly if you need to request cancellation of a standard merchandise order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment.

Custom, commissioned, personalized, special-order, or horsehair jewelry generally cannot be canceled once the design or production process has begun.

HORSEHAIR & SENTIMENTAL MATERIALS

Sending horsehair or another sentimental material to Elegant Elements By Kelly LLC does not make the material itself eligible for monetary reimbursement.

We recognize that these materials may have significant emotional and personal value.

Clients should never send all of the horsehair or sentimental material they possess. We strongly recommend retaining a portion in a safe location before sending materials to us.

Unused horsehair will generally be returned with the completed jewelry unless another arrangement has been made.

EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
