Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every piece includes a 30-Day Limited Warranty and Lifetime Repair Services.

What repairs are covered within 30 days?
Hair repair when findings remain intact, epoxy movement or breakdown, and replacement of beads, charms, ear wires, clasps, or rings. A repair estimate is always provided before work begins. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What is not covered?
Normal wear, tarnishing or color changes, misuse, or hair breakage over time.

Can I return my item?
Custom and final sale pieces are one-of-a-kind and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I request a repair?
Email photos of the issue, and you’ll receive repair options promptly.
